I'm participating in a free webinar hosted by Florin Pasat and I receive an email because I signed up for the newsletter with a brilliant list of over 4 pages of limiting beliefs. I use Theta to change the ones I discover after muscle testing. Florin also offers the constructive version of them, but I recommend you contact him to get it - it's free, but I've already copied his entire list of limiting programs. They're all very good and I'm replacing them with a long meditation:
Money is the root of all evil.
It's more spiritual to be poor than rich.
Becoming rich requires too much work and effort.
Having a lot of money is a big responsibility.
Becoming rich depends on luck or fate.
To be rich, you have to use people and take advantage of them.
If I become rich, everyone will want something from me.
Having excess money means you're greedy.
I have the potential for wealth but I need to prepare myself to be rich.
Money is not that important.
You can't be rich and happy and fulfilled at the same time.
Money can cause a lot of problems.
You can't become rich by just doing what you love.
You need money to make money.
People should only have as much money as they need to live comfortably.
The pursuit of wealth can cause stress and health problems.
It's difficult to get rich these days.
I'm not smart enough to get rich.
I'm too young to get rich.
I'm too old to get rich.
I don't like managing money.
Money corrupts creative and artistic pursuits.
It's not fair for me to be rich while others have nothing.
Financial security comes from having a good job and a steady paycheck.
Rich people are not happy.
I am a good giver, but not a good taker.
If you are rich in love, health, and happiness, you don't need money.
It doesn't help to make more money because I will just have more taxes to pay.
Once I have a lot of money, I will finally feel secure.
By becoming rich, I will prove to myself that I can.
Becoming rich is not a skill that can be learned.
Money is dirty.
As a woman, it is difficult to make money.
It is a man's job to make money for the family.
It is not right for me to earn more than my parents.
Money is never enough.
Resources are limited. If I have more, someone else will have less.
It is better to have love than money.
When you spend money, money becomes less.
People are not serious.
You can't find seriousness these days.
People try to take advantage of you.
I'm the only person who does things right.
It's hard to keep a relationship going.
Marriage is a cage.
Unconditional love is a myth.
If someone knew me for who I am, they wouldn't love me.
Men are looking for housekeepers, not life partners.
Women are looking for a source of money, not life partners.
I'll get bored with one man/woman my whole life.
Sooner or later, he/she will get bored with me too.
It's harder to make decisions together.
A serious relationship will take away my freedom.
I won't be able to manage my space/time the way I want.
If I allow myself to love someone with all my heart, I will suffer greatly when they disappoint me.
If I have a child, I will lose my freedom of action.
Marriage may prevent me from achieving my career dreams.
If I am lucky in love, I may be unlucky with money/health.
It is a waste of time to deal with household matters - that is what awaits me in a marriage.
All good men/women are already taken.
I have high expectations of others and may be disappointed.
I am more afraid of loneliness in a relationship than of actual loneliness.
I feel very good when I am just with myself.
I cannot commit 100% to a relationship.
A relationship means compromise.
A relationship = new problems that I wouldn't have if I were alone (the devil I know).
I won't be able to spend money the way I want anymore.
I don't know any happy couples.
Being in a relationship = sacrificing parts of myself.
I don't know what it's like to be with someone.
If my parents were sick, I'll be too.
When windows or doors are open, there's a draft and you get cold.
Air conditioning makes you cold.
No matter what I eat, it builds up.
Exercise doesn't help you lose weight.
From a certain age, illnesses also appear.
As you get older, your energy decreases.
Diets don't work.
To lose weight, I have to stop eating.
I don't have the discipline to follow a certain lifestyle.
I don't have time for physical exercise.
An untreated cold goes away in seven days, a treated cold goes away in a week.
I have to take medicine to get well.
I attract love and attention from others when I am sick.
I don't deserve good things.
Nothing that works for others works for me.
Good results come with hard work and dedication.
The Law of Attraction doesn't work.
