Searching for piano music (my favorite instrument) on YouTube, I accidentally came across Pachelbel's Canon in D played on piano and violin. I felt the world around me stop - I vaguely remembered the song from somewhere and only then did I find out that it is often performed at weddings. Here it is below. I used muscle testing and found the song at level 500 Hawkins - the level of love. I simply could not stop listening to it. It is of a special fineness and delicacy.
And then another idea came to me - to listen to it with my eyes closed in the Theta state - I did the Theta meditation and once I reached the seventh plane I let the images "flow" by themselves. I saw cherry blossoms blooming around me, I was dressed only in white flowers, I was floating, flying, I felt an extraordinary state of joy and peace. Extraordinary - I have never felt such intense joy. I put the song on repeat from the YouTube settings and listened. I don't know how long - the child fell asleep next to me and I stopped only when my husband came in from outside to go to bed too. It seems to me a phenomenal experience that opens up new opportunities - to use the Theta state to experience high experiences, not just for healing.
I can't wait to find some peace and try again - a little harder these days with Easter guests, but I will succeed.
Definitely try! It's hard to describe in words the joy and well-being...
